If so, join us as a Stock Condition Coordinator, where you'll help ensure our asset data is accurate, reliable, and supports effective decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and administering survey programmes across the housing portfolio
- Maintaining and updating stock condition data within asset management systems
- Carrying out validation checks to ensure survey data is accurate and meets organisational standards
- Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, working closely with surveyors and internal teams
- Supporting the preparation of survey schedules and maintaining property inspection records
- Monitoring survey progress and providing reporting updates to management
- Producing reports and supporting asset planning activities through accurate data
Team and role
You will join a collaborative Property Investment team, where you'll play an important role in ensuring high-quality asset data supports investment planning, compliance, and long-term asset management decisions.
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
- Experience working with data administration, databases, or asset management systems
- Strong attention to detail with experience identifying and resolving data issues
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to manage or analyse data
- Experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records in a structured environment
Midland Heart operates Smart Working practices, through which colleagues deliver services from the location their best delivered on any given day. The successful candidate should therefore expect to work from a Midland Heart site a minimum of 3 days per week, with the remainder worked remotely.
