Are you an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys getting to the heart of a problem before jumping to the solution?
We're strengthening how we identify, shape and deliver change at Midland Heart, and we're looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help us make informed decisions about where and how we invest in change.
Working across a varied portfolio of organisational change, you'll play a key role in early discovery, options analysis and initiative shaping, helping us understand business needs, identify opportunities and ensure the changes we deliver achieve meaningful outcomes for our organisation and tenants.
What will you be doing?
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll lead Business Analysis activity across discovery, projects and continuous improvement.
You’ll:
- Lead early discovery, investigating business needs, existing processes and root causes to identify problems and opportunities.
- Evaluate potential solutions through options analysis, providing evidence-based recommendations to support decision-making.
- Support the development of business cases, defining requirements, outcomes, benefits and success measures.
- Gather, analyse and prioritise business requirements, developing future-state processes, services and business designs.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes and ensure Business Analysis outputs are effectively transitioned into delivery.
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to the development of Business Analysis standards and ways of working.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who's comfortable working in complex environments, challenging assumptions and knowing how much analysis is needed to make an informed decision.
You’ll be confident engaging with stakeholders at different levels, using your analytical skills to understand problems, evaluate options and help shape effective solutions.
Our ideal candidate?
Your CV will clearly demonstrate:
- Experience working with and constructively challenging senior stakeholders, using your own judgement to influence decisions and recommend the right approach.
- Significant experience working as a Business Analyst across complex projects, organisational change, discovery and/or continuous improvement activity.
- Experience leading early discovery and business analysis, including investigating business needs, current-state processes and root causes.
- Experience gathering, analysing and defining business requirements and developing processes, services or future-state designs.
- Experience undertaking options analysis, supporting business cases and defining measurable benefits and outcomes to inform investment decisions.
