We are looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive and confidential support to our Executive Director of Property Services. As the right hand to the Executive Director, you will play a critical support role in ensuring the smooth running of a fast-paced and dynamic team, helping drive our new corporate plan “Tenants at Heart”.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Executive Director's complex diary, ensuring meetings are well-prepared and organise related logistics, including venue bookings, hospitality and materials.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including managing, delivering and reviewing reports, research, and confidential information with discretion.
- Act as the Executive Director's point of contact, handling enquiries, correspondence, and following up on actions.
- Prepare briefing notes, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for Steering Groups, Board and Committee Member meetings.
Ideal Candidate
- Significant experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, providing high-level support to senior leaders (Director level or above), clearly evidenced within employment history.
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration (HND level or above) or equivalent professional experience, demonstrated through formal qualifications or career progression.
- Proven experience managing complex diaries, competing priorities, and high-volume workloads, with clear examples of supporting senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion, alongside strong written and verbal communication skills evidenced through stakeholder engagement or cross-organisational working.
