Midland Heart is seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our Building Safety team on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027. You will undertake Fire Risk Assessments across our residential, retirement and supported living properties, identify safety risks, and support practical solutions to protect tenants and staff.
You should hold a Level 3 Fire Safety / FRA qualification, be registered with a recognised body, and have the ability to travel across our housing portfolio.
