This role is part of a high-performing Finance team that supports 34,000+ homes across the Midlands. The Finance Business Partner works closely with senior stakeholders and budget managers to influence strategic decisions and drive financial performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Produce accurate and insightful management accounts, board reports, and forecasts.
- Engage proactively with senior stakeholders and budget managers to provide financial insight for sound, strategic decisions.
- Continuously improve the quality of financial information while maintaining strong compliance and controls.
What we’re looking for:
- Finalist, newly qualified or qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).
- Demonstrable experience preparing and presenting management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
- Experience partnering with a range of stakeholders, from Executive Directors to frontline colleagues, with the ability to present financial information and influence business performance.
- Advanced Excel skills to analyse high volumes of data (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot tables).
In this role you can expect to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week. Time may increase during reporting cycles.
