We now have a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Domestic to join our Facilities Team based at our Head Offices on Bath Row, central Birmingham and our West Midlands Hub on Popes Lane, Oldbury. This role sits within our Facilities Team and is based across our Bath Row and West Midlands Hub offices. You will help maintain clean, safe and well-presented spaces, creating a welcoming environment for everyone who visits or works in our buildings.
This role is for 10 hours per week, working 5.30pm-7.30pm from Monday to Friday and some flexibility will be required with the working hours.
Our ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in domestic, office or commercial cleaning, with knowledge of effective cleaning methods and standards.
- Experience using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely following instructions and basic health and safety procedures.
- Experience maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across a range of areas, such as offices, kitchens and washrooms.
- Experience working independently in a cleaning role, following set tasks, schedules, and workplace procedures, including confidentiality requirements.
You will have good timekeeping skills and be happy to work in line with an agreed cleaning rota. You will be comfortable working on your own or in pairs, and enjoy having responsibility for your own area each shift.
