We are looking for a creative and forward-thinking Digital Learning Design Lead to help us transform how our colleagues learn, grow, and deliver brilliant services for our tenants. If you are excited by digital innovation, love turning complex systems into simple, engaging learning, and want to drive meaningful change, this is your next move.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and delivering impactful digital learning for our core business systems (including Microsoft 365, Northgate and CRM).
  • Creating engaging e-learning content – videos, guides, interactive modules and more.
  • Owning and developing My Learning (our Learning Management System) ensuring colleagues can easily access the right training at the right time.
  • Supporting system upgrades & rollouts with clear, practical "just-in-time" training resources.
  • Keeping our digital learning fresh & relevant, maintaining intranet content and training records.
  • Using data to improve learning, providing insights and reports to senior leaders.
  • Supporting digital training projects, collaborating with stakeholders, SMEs and external partners.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation, exploring new tools and technologies to elevate our learning offer.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and experience with systems such as Northgate, CRM or similar.
  • Experience administering an LMS, including course creation, reporting and configuration.
  • Expertise in e-learning design using tools like Articulate or Captivate.
  • A natural communicator who can turn technical jargon into simple, practical and accessible guidance.
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity for new technology and a passion for continuous improvement, staying ahead of learning trends.
  • A qualification in Learning & Development or Instructional Design would be an advantage, but not essential.
  • A basic DBS and social media check will be required.

Working Arrangements & Travel

As a Smart Working organisation, you can expect a balance of working from the office (Birmingham, Bath Row) and from home – typically, a minimum of 3 days per week in the office is expected but this may vary depending on business needs. You will need to be able to travel across our geography to support and deliver training where needed.
