Responsibilities

  • Managing and continuously improving asset data systems, intelligence, and reporting capabilities
  • Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of asset data and asset registers
  • Producing analysis and insight to support strategic asset investment decisions
  • Supporting the development of short-, medium-, and long-term investment plans through data modelling
  • Developing dashboards and reporting to support Executive and Board‑level decision making
  • Leading and developing a team of analysts and officers
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver data‑driven outcomes
  • Driving continuous improvement in asset intelligence systems and processes

About the Team

A forward‑thinking Property Investment team, where data and insight play a critical role in shaping how we manage, maintain, and invest in our homes. You'll lead a team responsible for delivering high‑quality intelligence to support strategic decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in asset intelligence, information management, or operational analytics within complex environments
  • Experience using intelligence platforms, databases, or analytical tools to collect, manage, interpret, and interrogate data
  • Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insight to support strategic and operational decision‑making
  • Experience leading teams, driving intelligence‑led approaches, and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders across an organisation

Midland Heart operates Smart Working practices, which means colleagues deliver services from the location that best suits them on any given day. The successful candidate should expect to work from a Midland Heart site a minimum of three days per week, with the remainder worked remotely.
