We are recruiting a dedicated Administrator on a part‑time basis to support our Neighbourhood Services and Retirement teams. In this varied and vital role, you will ensure our operations run smoothly and our tenants receive high‑quality service by:
- Delivering high‑level administrative coordination to both the Neighbourhood Services and Retirement teams to enable effective operational management.
- Tracking and proactively following up on actions to ensure deadlines, service commitments, and operational priorities are met.
- Supporting robust record‑keeping and document control to ensure the safe management of homes, including conducting physical audits of compliance records at various sites.
- Maintaining, updating, and auditing service records and digital systems to ensure all information is accurate, compliant, and easily accessible.
- Gathering and organising information to assist with performance monitoring, helping us evaluate and continuously improve our service delivery.
Please note: We are happy to accommodate the successful candidate to work from any one of our three main office locations – Bath Row, Birmingham (B15 1LZ), West Midlands Hub, Oldbury (B69 4PN) or East Midlands Hub (LE10 1QZ).
Our Ideal Candidate:
- You have a strong background in administration, with a proven ability to manage documentation and complex schedules across multiple teams alongside the use of IT systems to support your job role.
- You have a keen eye for detail and have experience of overseeing safety checks and property standards within a housing or regulated environment.
- Report writing experience as well as experience dealing with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- You are comfortable managing competing priorities and are happy to provide flexible support to meet changing service needs.
- You are willing and able to conduct physical audits of documentation at various sites across our geography.
