Looking to start your career in property maintenance and learn a skilled trade? If you're practical, motivated, and keen to develop your skills, join us as a Multi-Trade Apprentice - Carpenter and begin your journey towards becoming a fully qualified Multi-Trade Operative. This is a 3-year apprenticeship programme, combining classroom learning with hands-on experience in our Repairs & Maintenance team.
As a Multi-Trade Apprentice, you'll be responsible for:
- Working alongside experienced operatives to carry out a wide range of repairs and maintenance in tenants' homes
- Developing core expertise in Carpentry while building a broad range of property maintenance skills across multiple trades.
- Learning to diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard, ensuring work is ‘right first time'
- Engaging with tenants to deliver excellent customer service
- Applying health and safety practices in all work activities
These responsibilities reflect the blend of practical learning, customer interaction, and skill development outlined in the role profile.

- Willingness to work towards a full UK manual driving licence
