Midland Heart Ltd. is seeking a Housing Advice Officer to work full-time in our city-centre office hub, delivering tenancy management guidance and frontline support to tenants.
The role focuses on ASB, safeguarding, and tenancy sustainment, with a strong emphasis on first contact resolution and customer service.
You will work 35 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, across shifts between 08:00 and 18:00, in-office.
