We’re seeking a driven individual to join our industry leading Building Safety team as a Contracts Officer / Contract Delivery Surveyor (Compliance / Building Safety). This key role supports the delivery of high-quality contracted repairs and installation services, ensuring that contracted works are delivered in-line with current regulation and legislation.
Working closely with the wider Midland Heart team and contractors, you’ll ensure that challenging operational objectives and KPIs are achieved in a legislatively compliant, timely, cost effective and customer focused manner at all times. On a daily basis you’ll demonstrate a dedication to achieving compliance performance and achieving targets for respective contracts which are being delivered; relishing the opportunity to gain value for money whilst ensuring customers are provided with a seamless high-quality service.

Experience of financial reporting and administration checking invoices, raising purchase orders, scrutinising payments, reviewing valuations etc.

Experience using a range of systems, specifically the use of Microsoft Excel.

Experience or knowledge of Social Housing.
