Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and administering survey programmes across the housing portfolio
  • Maintaining and updating stock condition data within asset management systems
  • Carrying out validation checks to ensure survey data is accurate and meets organisational standards
  • Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies, working closely with surveyors and internal teams
  • Supporting the preparation of survey schedules and maintaining property inspection records
  • Monitoring survey progress and providing reporting updates to management
  • Producing reports and supporting asset planning activities through accurate data

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate? We are seeking an organised and detail-focused individual with:

  • Experience working with data administration, databases, or asset management systems
  • Strong attention to detail with experience identifying and resolving data issues
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, to manage or analyse data
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining accurate records in a structured environment

Work Environment

Midland Heart operates Smart Working practices, allowing colleagues to deliver services from the location that best suits them. The successful candidate should expect to work from a Midland Heart site a minimum of 3 days per week, with the remainder worked remotely.
