Our well-respected Development team is seeking a Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering against our ambitious plans to deliver new homes. If youve experience within the development space and are looking to diversify from project management to new business, this could be the opportunity for you! Business Development Manager (New Homes) Location: Birmingham, Bath Row, B15 1LZ Salary: £70,654 per annum Hours: 35 hours per week Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent The Role Were looking for an individual who can proactively identify and appraise new business opportunities, building key relationships with developers, land owners, local authorities and other agencies to gain a competitive edge. Youll be leading on complex contract negotiations, securing funding and finalising budget and cash flows, and then the effective and timely handover of projects to our Development Construction Team, ensuring that all relevant audit requirements for the pre-construction phase are completed. Youll have experience in managing and leading complex development projects, being someone who doesnt shy away from ambitious targets and new challenges.
