Location: Within a 90‑minute travel radius of your home (applicants must reside within Stoke‑on‑Trent)

Salary: From £28,665 + £4,200 per annum car allowance + uncapped monthly bonus (current Field team earn monthly bonuses from £200‑£400)

Earnings Potential: Up to £35,765 per year (inclusive of car allowance)

Hours: Flexible, 40 hours per week (including peak shifts)

About The Role

As a Field Collections Agent, you’ll be the friendly face of Orbit, meeting customers at their homes to help them find a way forward with their finances. You’ll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment options
  • Handle accounts for both regulated and non‑regulated clients, including reconnection visits
  • Accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re‑engage customers with client services
  • Educate customers about the potential consequences of non‑payment
  • Use an Orbit‑supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real time

Working Hours

We offer a 40‑hour workweek with a supportive approach to work‑life balance. Visits are scheduled across the following operating window: Monday‑Friday visiting times are between 8 am and 8 pm. Multiple shift pattern options are available: choose between a 4‑day or 5‑day working week.
