Location: Within a 90-minute travel radius of your home (applicants must reside within Huddersfield or Wakefield)
Salary: From £27,965 + £4,200 per annum car allowance + uncapped monthly bonus (current Field team earn monthly bonuses from £200-£400)
Earnings Potential: Up to £35,765 per year (inclusive of car allowance)
Hours: Flexible, 40 hours per week (including peak shifts)

About the Role
As a Field Collections Agent, you’ll be the friendly face of Orbit, meeting customers at their homes to help them find a way forward with their finances. You’ll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference.
Your key responsibilities:
- Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment options
- Handle accounts for both regulated and non-regulated clients, including reconnection visits
- Accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re-engage customers with client services
- Educate customers about the potential consequences of non-payment
- Use an Orbit-supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real time
Candidates who have previously been successful in this role have come from a background in Sales, Military or Police.
Working Hours
We offer a 40-hour workweek with a supportive approach to work-life balance. Your visits will be scheduled across the following operating window:
- Monday–Friday visiting times can be between 8am–8pm
- 10 Prime Hours required (Monday to Friday Prime Hours are 4pm–8pm & Saturday Prime Hours are 9am–1pm)
