From £28,665 + £4,200 per annum car allowance + uncapped monthly bonus. Our field team earn monthly bonuses from £200‑£400. Earnings potential up to £35,765 per year (inclusive of car allowance).

About the Role
As a Field Collections Agent, you'll be the friendly face of Orbit, meeting customers at their homes to help them find a way forward with their finances. You’ll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment options.
- Handle accounts for both regulated and non‑regulated clients, including reconnection visits.
- Accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re‑engage customers with client services.
- Educate customers about the potential consequences of non-payment.
- Use an Orbit‑supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real time.
Working Hours
We offer a 40‑hour workweek with a supportive approach to work‑life balance. Your visits will be scheduled across the following operating window:
- Monday–Friday visiting times are between 8am‑8pm.
- With a number of shift pattern options available you can choose between a 4‑day or 5‑day working week.
