Role Overview

We are looking for Call Centre Agents to provide high‑quality customer service to our clients, handling inbound and outbound calls while meeting key performance indicators and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Attend a 5‑week induction training and work within a structured team led by a supervisor
  • Handle inbound and dial‑ler based outbound calls to customers
  • Provide exceptional telephone customer service, including discussing difficult subjects with vulnerability and empathy
  • Meet call KPIs and maintain quality standards
  • Tailor affordable repayment plans to help customers manage debt and achieve financial recovery
  • Engage customers on inbound and outbound calls to promote financial stability

Working Hours

Weekly shift patterns (40‑hour contract). After training:

  • Monday to Friday 8:00–16:10
  • Monday to Friday 12:00–20:00
  • Monday to Friday 10:00–18:10
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays 9:00–13:00

During the first four weeks of induction, no holiday is allocated.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to meet KPIs and quality standards
  • Basic credit check and criminal background check required
  • Full right to work in the UK required; candidates with CCJ, IVA or bankruptcy will not progress to interview
