Are you passionate about delivering smart, scalable Workday Solutions? Do you have experience working within either HR, Recruitment, or Finance? If you’ve answered yes, then you could be the right person to join the Workday team at Cabot Credit Management, from any of our UK offices!

What You Can Expect As a Workday Analyst

  • Salary up to £55,000 based on experience
  • Permanent
  • Remote working, with occasional travel

We’re looking for a Workday Support Analyst to partner with key Centres of Excellence—like HR, Recruitment or Finance—to deliver smart, scalable Workday solutions. From gathering requirements to managing projects through to deployment, you’ll own the full lifecycle. You’ll also handle complex support queries, collaborating with stakeholders to find the best outcomes.

Some Of The Day-day

  • Work with HR, Financial and/or Technology teams to lead Workday system projects, including system releases/upgrades, enhancement packages, and process redesign.
  • Act as a Workday and business process subject matter expert supplying best practices and deep knowledge. Strong knowledge of Human Resources, Accounting or Financials.
  • Conduct and/or facilitate complex Workday HCM system testing, identify discrepancies, and formulate remediation plan.
  • Instruct HR and/or Financial teams including subject matter experts and leadership, on strategic and ad-hoc HR/FIN technology requests.
  • Deliver best practice information for efficiency and compliance purposes. 5%
  • Deliver project management best practices to deliver on time and on budget projects that meet the expected quality requirements.

We Are Looking For Someone With

  • 2+ years business experience; experience in Workday and business analysis as well as a necessary functional area; experience working for a publicly traded company in a similar role; substantial hands-on experience configuring a Workday functional area
  • Strong knowledge in a specific skill set and business area or product
  • Ability to remain focused primarily on daily execution
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills
