What You Can Expect
Permanent. Willingness to travel to our Kings Hill (Kent) or Cannon Street (London) office when required. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Build and maintain strong, multi‑level relationships with allocated clients, understanding their strategies and identifying debt sale opportunities.
- Source, negotiate and structure portfolio purchase opportunities, working closely with the Commercial Director, Head of Commercial and the wider Deals Team.
- Support the negotiation of sale and purchase agreements, collaborating with the Legal Team to ensure all key commercial terms are appropriately covered.
- Work with internal Operational Stakeholders to ensure newly acquired portfolios perform in line with pricing expectations, capturing and applying learnings to future acquisitions.
- Partner with Client Services and the External Services Management teams to ensure effective due diligence and smooth post‑sale processes for allocated clients.
We Are Looking For Someone With:
- Experience within a sales or commercial role with proven track record of sourcing and negotiating complex deals with single or multiple external stakeholders.
- Strong self‑starter with exceptional self and social awareness and the ability to read and adjust to all situations.
- Strong people skills with the ability to build and develop relationships and networks.
- Comprehensive business understanding and acumen.
