Location: Within a 90‑minute travel radius of your home (applicants must reside within Lowestoft).

About the role: As a Field Collections Agent, you’ll be the friendly face of Midland Credit Management, meeting customers at their homes to help them find a way forward with their finances. You’ll offer empathy, guidance, and practical solutions that make a real difference.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers to resolve outstanding arrears and discuss payment options.
- Handle accounts for both regulated and non-regulated clients, including reconnection visits.
- Accept payments, set up repayment plans, and re‑engage customers with client services.
- Educate customers about the potential consequences of non‑payment.
- Use an Orbit‑supplied iPad to update account outcomes in real time.

Working Hours: We offer a 40‑hour work week with a supportive approach to work‑life balance. Your visits will be scheduled across the following operating window: Monday‑Friday visiting between 8 am–8 pm and Saturday 9 am–1 pm. 10 of your 40 hours must be worked during prime hours (4 pm – 8 pm Monday, Saturday 9 am – 1 pm).
