What You’ll Be Doing

• Participating in small-group training during your 5-week induction
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service
• Supporting vulnerable customers with solutions and empathy
• Meeting call KPIs and quality standards
• Developing tailored repayment plans to assist customers’ financial recovery

First five weeks are in-office training, followed by weekly shift patterns (40 hours/week):

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:15pm
• Week 2: Monday to Friday, 12pm – 8pm
• Every 1 in 3 Saturdays: 9am – 1pm
