Midland County Group are seeking a fulltime carpentry working site supervisor for our Northstowe site. Experience working as a site supervisor would be an advantage but not essential training will be provided. Responsibilities include overseeing the carpentry works on site. You will receive support from the company contracts manager and the office team. Must be experiences in first and second fix. Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are met. Ensure administrational requirements are met. Manage client expectations. Monitor project material (fixings). Liaise with clients regarding site issues, queries and concerns and issue reports where applicable. Maintaining quality & safety control procedures.
