As part of our People team at MKC Training, you’ll provide effective, proactive HR advice and guidance to managers and staff, supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding to absence management, employee relations and performance processes. Bring your organisation, professionalism and people-first approach — and we’ll give you the opportunity to support high-quality outcomes and make a real difference every day.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide clear People advice and guidance to managers and staff, ensuring consistent application of policies, procedures and conditions of service.
  • Produce accurate People data and management information, including compliance monitoring and three-yearly DBS renewals.
  • Support sickness absence and wellbeing management, including Bradford Factor reporting, long-term absence tracking and Occupational Health coordination.
  • Support people change and contractual processes, including maternity, paternity and other family-related leave.
  • Contribute to People projects, training delivery and shared services support to ensure an effective day-to-day People service.
