Mid Kent College is seeking a Curriculum Administration Manager to lead the provision of a high quality curriculum administrative support service across departments.

You will manage designated staff and drive service improvements.

Based at Cross College (Maidstone & Gillingham), you will ensure staffing resources, recruitment, performance reviews and efficient administrative operations, including switchboard coverage, working with the Head of Finance to maximise cost savings.
