Co-ordinate designated study programme delivery activities for the College, including delivery of high quality teaching, responsibility for day to day operational issues, exams and time tabling, ensuring a consistent approach is maintained across both sites if required.

All of this will be underpinned by regular target setting and progress monitoring to ensure that all students reach successful outcomes.
MidKent College is seeking to recruit a General Construction Teacher to support Level 1 and Level 2 students in developing a strong foundation across a range of core construction skills. These include bricklaying, painting and decorating, tiling, carpentry and joinery, and basic plumbing, enabling learners to achieve City & Guilds qualifications and progress to the next stage of their training.
The successful candidate will work with students who may have additional learning needs, as well as social and emotional challenges. Therefore, a candidate with empathy, patience, and experience in supporting learners in this context would be highly advantageous.
