Responsibilities
- Support positive and productive stakeholder relationships with businesses in Medway, Maidstone and surrounding areas to generate new apprenticeship opportunities and support growth of this provision within the College.
- Provide proactive advertisement of apprenticeship employment opportunities, source and match potential trainees/apprentices to employer opportunities in the local area.
- Work with curriculum colleagues to identify students looking to progress into apprenticeships at the end of their full-time courses and attract new students for apprenticeships at College recruitment events.
- Support apprentices through the process of application to enrolment and onto appropriate apprenticeship courses.
