Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
• Support the smooth day-to-day running of courses — from attendance to enrichment activities and communication across departments.
• Guide and support students through every stage, from enrolment and induction to UCAS and pastoral care.
• Monitor progress, celebrate achievements, and step in with support where needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop the curriculum, share ideas, and keep improving through CPD.
• Contribute to course admin, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across the College.
