Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and create an inclusive, supportive learning environment.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of courses β from attendance to enrichment activities and communication across departments.
- Guide and support students through every stage, from enrolment and induction to UCAS and pastoral care.
- Monitor progress, celebrate achievements, and step in with support where needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop the curriculum, share ideas, and keep improving through CPD.
- Contribute to course admin, quality assurance, and continuous improvement across the College.
