Responsibilities
- Fabricate structural steel elements including beams, columns, staircases, and bespoke architectural features.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models (e.g., Tekla).
- Perform coded welding to BSEN 1090 standards.
- Operate fabrication tools and machinery (e.g., saws, drills, plasma cutters).
- Ensure traceability and quality control of all fabricated components.
- Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and specifications.
Beneficial Skills / Qualifications
- Proven experience in structural steel fabrication.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings.
- Coded welding certification (or willingness to train).
