Key Responsibilities
- Following up and developing new accounts within the engineering industry, promoting the company's services and closing sales.
- Interpreting customer needs and specifications, ensuring their bespoke requirements are engineered precisely as ordered.
- Responsible for building and developing customer relationships with new and existing clients across a number of general engineering companies.
- Achieving company and individual targets.
- Working closely with UK and local suppliers to ensure inventory is purchased in the most economical manner and whilst achieving on-time deliveries.
- Developing and selling machined items into general engineering companies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience of sales within subcontract machining highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of carbon & alloy steels, stainless steel, nickel etc is highly advantageous.
