Overview
We are currently looking for a Multi Trader to work out of hours and on call for a large social housing client, carrying out maintenance and repair to properties.
Responsibilities
- Work generally alone on an appointment system, aiming to complete a set number of repairs per day in the Home Counties area.
Compensation
- Past 5pm rate: £40.68 per hour via umbrella or CIS
- Standby: £170
- Call out fee: £65 per job
