ALL ROUND MULTI TRADERS

Position Type: Temporary until end of September 2025 (possibility to extend or be offered a permanent role)

Responsibilities:

1. Performing day-to-day maintenance and repairs across various properties
2. Carrying out general maintenance and new installations in occupied and vacant properties
3. Adhering to health and safety procedures and safe working practices

Positions Available: 15 across 5 patches in locations including East London, Bow, Highbury Islington, Tottenham, Islington, Essex, Barking Dagenham, Romford, and Chingford

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in primary trade and secondary trades
• Good customer care and administrative skills
• Experience in carpentry and plumbing preferred
• Reliable, experienced, with a can-do attitude
