About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced operation in Harlow. You'll oversee the daily running of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strong team performance. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in managing people and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a warehouse team to meet daily targets
- Oversee order preparation and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Manage goods in processes and accurate stock recordings
- Handle returns in line with company procedures
- Maintain high standards of stock control
- Monitor and manage time and attendance
- Coordinate holiday and sickness cover
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment
- Support continuous improvement across warehouse operations
About You
- Experience in a team leader or supervisory role within a warehouse
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Good understanding of warehouse processes (dispatch, goods in, stock control, returns)
- Positive, hands-on leadership style
- Able to work to KPIs and operational deadlines
