We are currently seeking a qualified Electrician to join our client\’s property services team covering the Blandford area. Role This role involves travel, and the company will provide a van and fuel card, along with: £335 yearly Tool Allowance £500 yearly flexible benefit pot for benefits of your choice Uniform & PPE 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (with an additional day each year up to 30 days) Option to buy or sell holiday entitlement as part of a flexible benefits package iPhone and iPad Company pension scheme, matched up to 12% Life cover of 4x annual salary SmartTech – Purchase electrical items and pay via salary over 12 months Responsibilities Perform routine testing and repairs of electrical services in customers\’ homes as part of the Electrical Team Carry out responsive repairs within planned schedules, adhering to IEE wiring regulations and standard procedures Maintain a strong focus on health and safety best practices Estimate, requisition, and recommend materials and spares to ensure satisfactory repairs and maintenance compliant with regulations Record and report on the status and condition of electrical equipment using inspection sheets and certificates This role primarily involves working on planned projects, including rewires and heating upgrades from the Blandford depot.
