The Role
As the Income Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting customers and colleagues throughout the annual rent and service charge increase cycle. You will be the first point of contact for related enquiries, ensuring accurate information, clear communication, and efficient processing of essential account changes. Alongside this, you will support wider income-related activities, helping keep accounts up to date and ensuring customers receive a smooth, responsive service.
