Overview
We’re looking for a number of multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradespeople able to deliver a first-class repairs service across a variety of properties in the Borehamwood area (Patches: Borehamwood).
Details
- Location: Borehamwood area (Patches: Borehamwood)
- Role: Multi-skilled tradesperson
- Employment type: Temporary for 12 weeks, then move to permanent
- Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Salary: £24.24 per hour via Umbrella
- Shifts/slots: x2 positions available
- Benefits: Van provided, fuel card provided, protective clothing and specialist power tools supplied
Responsibilities
- Carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties
- Perform day-to-day maintenance and repair work on properties
- Ensure Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times
- Deliver a first-class repairs service with good customer care
Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in your primary trade
- One or more secondary trades is desirable
- Excellent customer care and admin skills; enjoy working with people and solving problems
- Ideally strong plumbing experience
