Position Type: Temporary position until end September 2025 (possibility to extend or be offered a permanent role)

Responsibilities:

1. Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs on properties
2. Carry out general maintenance and new installations in occupied and vacant properties
3. Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices

Positions Available: 15 across 5 patches in locations including East London, Bow, Highbury Islington, Tottenham, Islington, Essex (Barking, Dagenham, Romford, Chingford)

Candidate Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in primary trade and secondary trades
• Good customer care and administrative skills
• Experience in carpentry and plumbing preferred
• Reliable, experienced, with a can-do attitude
