Due to impending business expansion, we are recruiting for a service adviser to join our professional service team in Skipton. We are a family run business and we represent the Isuzu 4WD Pick up franchise and Mitsubishi after sales Franchise for the North Yorkshire area.
The Role: We are looking for an individual who is driven and passionate in providing top class customer service. The role will include managing our service customers' journey, qualifying their needs, welcoming them on site and liaising with the technicians to communicate the customer requirements.
Our Business started over 80 years ago and has been run by the same family since the beginning, with the first vehicle franchise being Volkswagen in Keighley in the 1950s.
