You will have full responsibility for your centre, team, client relationships, and overall experience within the building, with the ability to directly influence culture and performance. This is a business that promotes from within. Many of the senior leadership team started in operational roles. Progression is based on performance, attitude, and impact. Not time served. Everyone works hard, supports each other and celebrates success.
Key responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations and smooth running of the centre.
- Manage facilities services including maintenance, cleaning, security, contractors, and health & safety.
- Ensure the building and communal areas are maintained to a high professional standard.
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Manage supplier and contractor relationships, ensuring service levels are met.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, health & safety, and building regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, clients, and operational queries.
- Handle escalations, incidents, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support front of house operations and maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Conduct viewings where you lead alongside sales showcasing your site.
- 3-5 years of people management experience.
- A strong understanding of operations, 5-star luxury service and hospitality.
- Strong stakeholder management.
