High-end office service provider. The role is on a temp-to-perm basis, so it is important that candidates are comfortable beginning in a temporary capacity with the intention of moving into a permanent position. At this stage, I am only able to consider candidates who are available immediately or within 1–2 weeks. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to progress those who are solely seeking a permanent role.

A fantastic opportunity to work directly alongside the CEO as the business prepares for its next phase of transformation and development. I am seeking an exceptional EA who brings an entrepreneurial mindset and is ready to build and lead the operational support structure around the CEO. This role sits at the centre of the executive office and is responsible for ensuring the CEO’s time, priorities, and commitments are managed with precision, discipline, and clarity.

You will oversee schedules, logistics, and operational workflows while managing junior support staff responsible for coordination and task execution. The aim is to create structure, consistency, and accountability across daily operations, enabling the CEO to remain focused on strategic leadership and high-level decision making.

This is a unique opportunity for a top-tier EA who wants to work within a high-end executive office environment and play a key role in supporting the CEO while line managing two junior team members. In return, you will join a close-knit, high-performing team within a premium executive office environment where standards are high, expectations are clear, and people genuinely take pride in the work they do.

This is an opportunity that is exciting and incredibly rewarding for those who commit to it. While the role comes with clear responsibilities and purpose, the growth and impact you create within the position are shaped by you. The organisation invests heavily in its people, and in return they look for individuals who are equally invested in the opportunity. People who are career orientated, hardworking, and willing to go above and beyond is essential.

The culture is built on high trust, strong performance, and mutual reward. Those who consistently deliver and contribute will see that recognised. Alongside a competitive base salary, there is significant opportunity for progression, bonuses, and pay increases, with uncapped potential for remuneration and career development.

Key Experience & Responsibilities

  • Experience supporting entrepreneurial CEOs or founders;
  • Own and optimise the CEO’s diary to ensure priorities are clear and time is protected;
  • Oversee all domestic and international travel, ensuring seamless coordination and planning;
  • Manage inbox and communication flow to maintain clear prioritisation;
  • Lead meeting preparation by producing briefing materials and ensuring actions are tracked and delivered;
  • Establish structure and operational discipline to protect the CEO’s focus and strategic capacity.

I have more to share so please do get in touch.
