The role is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, so it is important that candidates are comfortable beginning in a temporary capacity with the intention of moving into a permanent position. Unfortunately, I am unable to progress candidates who are solely seeking a permanent role.

I am seeking an exceptional EA with an entrepreneurial mindset who is ready to build and lead the operational support structure around the CEO. Sitting at the centre of the executive office, this role will ensure the CEO’s time, priorities, and commitments are managed with precision, discipline, and clarity.

Known for being calm, trustworthy, and highly proactive, you will take pride in creating order and ensuring every detail runs seamlessly behind the scenes. This role requires exceptional coordination skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain structure, organisation, and momentum within a fast paced, ever changing environment.

Created to support the next stage of the company’s growth, this position offers the opportunity to become deeply embedded within the business and help shape the function from the ground up. With no rigid blueprint in place, the role will naturally evolve based on the strengths, initiative, and impact of the individual in post. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, creating structure, and operating as a true strategic partner to a CEO.
