JRL Group / Midgard Ltd are looking for an experienced Welfare Cleaner to work on a construction site in Luton. This position is available to start immediately and we have long term work available. We require a CSCS Card or Certificate as the works are on a construction site. Payment is on a self‑employed basis so we would also require a UTR Number for payment.

Job Duties:

  • Cleaning on a new build construction site: welfare cleaning of site offices, canteen, toilets.

7:30 am – 5:30 pm (1 hr break) £120.00 per day paid on a self‑employed basis CIS / UTR payment (No umbrella companies / fees).

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Welfare Cleaner
  • Valid Work Permit / Right to Work in the UK
