Midea Home Appliances is seeking a motivated Logistics Co-ordinator to join our growing Supply Chain team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods across our distribution network, supporting efficient inventory management, and delivering excellent service to our customers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global business environment with strong prospects for career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels (maximum and minimum) to ensure supply continuity.
  • Collaborate with the in-house Sales team to support accurate and timely customer order processing.
  • Assist in logistics planning, scheduling, and execution of daily operations.
  • Enter and manage orders in the system while tracking shipments across multiple channels.
  • Administer and maintain inventory control systems.
  • Contribute to the development and upkeep of logistics policies, procedures, and support documentation.
  • Manage and monitor supplier performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Logistics or Business (Desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • 1+ years previous experience in logistics management or coordination
  • Working knowledge of PC computer systems and cargo management software preferred
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed motivational and teamwork skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
