- Profitable sales growth within defined customer scope, via bespoke customer sales strategies
- Execution of product and brand plans via trade partner to support long term brand growth
- New business development in line with MUK Customer & Brand strategy
- Ownership of all interactions between customers in scope and Midea
- Team development & coaching
- Ensure consistent and diligent account management with considerations to forecast accuracy, cash collection and stock management
- Sales lead for Midea brand & FS MDA in the UK
