Middleton Lodge Estate is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for the Coach House Restaurant to help run the kitchen alongside the Head Chef. You will lead a busy team, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensure HACCP and hygiene compliance throughout service.
You will manage daily operations, adjust menus, control costs, and work closely with front-of-house to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are required.
