Role Description

Are you an Employment Law Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE ready to make a real impact? We’re looking for someone with a passion for supporting both individuals and businesses through the complexities of workplace law. You’ll be handling a wide variety of engaging and challenging matters from clients nationwide.

This role gives you the chance to build lasting relationships, take ownership of your caseload, and make a genuine difference in people’s working lives.

Your work will include:

  • Drafting and advising on Settlement Agreements
  • Handling employment disputes for both employees and employers
  • Managing unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing claims
  • Advising on redundancies and restructures
  • Pursuing Protective Award claims
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and procedures
  • Representing clients at Employment Tribunals

Ideally you will be based in our office in Roundhay, Leeds but hybrid working is possible (and other remote working options are also possible).

Our Leeds office offers central resources including business meeting rooms, administration support and an office desk base. However, flexible working arrangements are available.

We are seeking a solicitor to join our employment law team on an employed basis, working with staff and consultants to support clients across England and Wales. The role can be full or part time as we are keen to find the right candidate.
