This is a rare opportunity to join a Midlands-based commercial investor/developer, focusing on a regional portfolio with 90% of properties within a 1 hour radius.

A well-established, privately owned business that has been operating for over 100 years. UK-based construction company with a portfolio of commercial investments and developments.

An entrepreneurial mindset with an emphasis on thinking outside the box, a focus on building business relationships, and openness to new ways of working and new ideas.

Day-to-day property management, including service charge budgets. Landlord and tenant, including rent reviews and lease renewals. Asset management opportunities to add value to the portfolio. Working with a commercial portfolio of offices and industrial properties. Work closely with tenants to build business relationships.

£55-65k basic/negotiable, car allowance, bonus, pension, free parking, and an office-first culture with flexibility built-in.
