Step into a broad, hands-on property administration role with a privately-owned real estate investment company and family office.

This office-based position provides critical operational support to a dedicated team of Commercial Property Surveyors. You will take ownership of the day-to-day administrative running of a commercial portfolio, handling everything from occupier liaison and service charge administration to property inspections and minor contractor management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Commercial Property Surveyors with daily operations, responding directly to occupier queries, and maintaining essential property records such as the Terrier and Lease Events Tracker.
  • Assisting with the full lifecycle of service charge management, which includes preparing budgets, conducting quarterly expenditure reviews, and assisting with year-end reconciliations.
  • Tracking rent payments, updating the Arrears Summary document, and processing approved invoices and purchase orders.
  • Conducting quarterly inspections of service charge properties, identifying where repairs or improvements are required, and issuing approved inspection reports.
  • Arranging minor works by obtaining quotes, ensuring contractors supply correct documentation (like RAMS), and inspecting the works before releasing payment.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date compliance records across the portfolio, covering fire alarms, gas, electrics, and legionella.
