Middleton Hall have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Carer to join us. We’re a friendly community set within 45 acres of stunning grounds and we welcome applications from those who share our values and wish to be part of something special - helping our residents live their lives to the full.
The Opportunity
- Permanent contract 31.5 hours per week (9pm – 7am).
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rota.
- Starting at £12.91 per hour.
- Proof of right to work in the UK is a requirement.
The Role
- Providing care and support with all aspects of personal care and mobility, promoting independence at all times.
- Using our electronic care planning system to monitor and record all care – personalised for each resident.
- Building good working relations with day shift teams, and family and friends to ensure our residents remain at the centre of all decisions.
About our Nights service
We have 5 care services ranging from independent living through to high dependency residential care. Our nights team work collaboratively across all services. Provide a person-centred approach to all of our amazing residents, treating each person as an individual will come naturally to you. It's hard work! But you will truly make a difference in such a rewarding environment.
